SIC管 Silicon Carbide Pipeline碳化硅管是采用超细SiC粉体喷雾造粒，等静压干压，无压烧结而成的自结合细颗粒α型碳化硅，致密度大于理论密度的95%，是中频锻造、各类热处理电炉、冶金、化工、有色金属冶炼等行业使用的产品。 碳化硅管具有强度高、硬度高、耐磨性好、耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗热震性好、热导率大、抗氧化性好等优越性能。 Silicon carbide tube is produced through spray granulation of ultrafine SiC powder, isostatic and dry pressing, followed by pressureless sintering to form self-bonded fine-grained alpha-silicon carbide, with a density exceeding 95% of the theoretical density. It is a product used in medium-frequency forging, various heat treatment furnaces, metallurgy, chemicals, non-ferrous metal smelting, and other industries. Silicon carbide tube exhibits superior properties such as high strength, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance, high thermal conductivity, and good oxidation resistance.
